Walking Awake

Walking Awake

In that separation awareness identifies with things and forgets its no thing, and where things become what this identity knows, this ego knows, it becomes afraid of what it doesn’t know, so it stays in the world of things, begins seeking, forgetting its no thing, but identification gives it the appearance that it is something.

You look into the world of things but forgetting to see from no thing, because identification has become a veil, you get stuck. But, awareness itself is the first embodiment of truth realized or unrealized, in its final realisation it can only be as awareness one goes home.

We embody that what we are and what is. You see from nothing but that nothing is the mystery that cannot be understood, cannot be grasped rather, it can be reflected and embodied. You are the greatest mystery. As awareness you embody and you do but there is no doer for the true movement comes from that that you first are. Then, the outer becomes the inner, becomes one, reflects the one. Face before you were born coming into form.

True understanding is as awareness a complete acceptance of self, one where one sees the limitation of self.

Instead of using self, being attached to self for a higher meaning that Leeds to a higher idea, as awareness one begins to fall through self, one goes beyond what they know.

Falling through self only then does awareness come to know the true understanding of what one first is, one falls into the higher understanding where consciousness becomes conscious of itself,.
Here seeing, not observing. Seeing is being in, not attached too, where as the observer is stuck to self relating from self.

Being in the happening attraction of self, manifesting the good intent that is not thought, it's deeper than form, coming into form.

Don't try to understand it.Be in in self, and let understanding reflect that that cannot be understood.
It is the Seeing from no thing that is the first embodiment of truth, of love. But, it was in coming back into the self as pure conscious awareness that, in remembrance of that truth there was to embody that in everything one does, this was to be the second embodiment of truth. It was then in that remembrance that there was the conforming, not an imitation to a rule rather a giving to love, surrendering to what is as the reality principle, because anything acquired is memory, thought, a vehicle for conscious expression and creation but not reality itself.

Dis-identifying with form is, as awareness, becoming empty, a pure state of poverty; from which, you see reflected, the face of truth. From within, you see out, into the one, from the one, at the vulnerable cost of everything. living for that, from within, in the outer for that, that is. Emptiness holds no desire for that is the attachment to self. Awareness returns instead home, empty of thought, formless, reflecting that that is, the one.

I give back everything so that, I may see you.
There was losing all the identification with thought, falling then deeper than the abstract reality, and coming instead into the heart. The heart opened without the contracting control that the ego had, and as such, the heart opened. Now accessible to every shape that the heart had ever known, left by the ego's imprinted separation. There was then the relating from what one first is, a pure seeing without blemish, and the heart then served as capacity. This was dying to self, the dark night that John spoke of. This was the shift in consciousness, the awakening.

Love. Personal and Absolute. Love is beyond the remit of form, and forms familiar. The familiar aspects of form are what we come to know and embody as patterns, whether they be thought, emotional, intuitional, or of the will. Personal love is a patterned way of expressing love, with thought, feeling etc. Sensuality, and sexuality become the patterned way of ones sexual orientation, but what is absolute love, has no orientation, only a true movement.

The me as identified awareness, is awareness identifying with self thus, creating an idea of who you think you are, for this is the ego, this is an idea, a me, a mine. When as awareness going beyond what you know there is a falling through the identification to self, and a coming to know true nature, thus there is a shift in consciousness, a shift in consciousness where you go from identifying with who you think you are, to suddenly, a realization, a seeing from what one is, to then realising that there is no one there, your just one, and that the centre point of reality is everywhere, your just here, graciously being and seeing, from this promise of what we first are, except the idea of who we are is gone.

Awareness is the link between the self and what you know but awareness is not to rest in. Awareness is what moves within the self but with profound knowing that is deeper than self and it is that, that is home, and it is that as awareness, you come to rest as the outer becomes seen rather than identified with. Awareness relating to ones deepest knowing, is resting in home.
See not from thought, for Seeing is not thinking. Seeing as awareness aware of itself, falling deeper than self, into the reflection of what it first is as true nature. One begins then to see as life sees, seeing from what one first is. The suchness sees without thought into the reality of things.

To transmute, is too simply see, for you are already complete, there is nothing to do, what you first are is already done. It is from that very movement of being that there is the deepest of connection, one that displaces illusion. love will undo your fear, a simple displacement, dissipation. This is the living process. Life complete within the movement of that, that can reflect that way of being, a true way of being.

You see from the whole, because you are being, you do not get caught in the relative function of mind. You can be with the mind, not stuck to it, rather, being a midst thinking, but relating from being and then, your mind being the mirror will reflect that. The mind then imitates what you first are, for that is the function and capacity of mind. The true function that brings absolute into relative focus.

Curiosity sees from a place that is deeper than self, only when attached to self in an identified way, does a curiosity become that of compulsion, bound by self. It is this process of distortion that creates desire, for a curiosity has assumed form, thus losing its empty formlessness. Curiosity then relates to the world, compromising its innate seeing from beneath the appearance.

A seeing from the un-manifest possibility to the such-ness of touch that, is given by the world via the vulnerable act of being aware, naked awareness, delicate mist of expression for the world to fall through. You then have the direct experience. It is to the awakened essence that there is the true movement, and not thought, for thought is born of self.

Edited version

Curiosity sees from a place that is deeper than self. However, when attached to self in an identified way, curiosity becomes a compulsion, bound by self. It is this process of distortion that creates desire, for curiosity has assumed form, thus losing its empty formlessness. Curiosity then relates to the world, compromising its innate seeing from beneath the appearance.

By relating from what is unmanifest, without identifying with the world, the world falls through the naked expression of pure awareness to reveal an empty and naked vulnerability. This direct experience from the suchness of what you first are is the awakened essence, the true movement beneath all appearance.

Awareness by its nature is formless, and when realised of its formlessness, there is a deeper imitation of that, that Is, and too this, there is a joining, a marriage, one merges into the essence. Thought cannot merge, it can only acquire, but without the awareness' realisation, thought is governed by desire, by an awareness that relates to form in an identified way, that of unrealised need born of self, but you are deeper than self, deeper than embodied manifestation.

Compulsion is the movement of self, but within that movement, is the true movement of being. Being within the self, is being within the compulsion. when you as awareness relate from what you first are, the outer vehicle of self are then compelled by it, and in coming together, there is the true embodying. Where there is the compulsion to live, there is also sewn within that expression the meaning of love, of intimacy. compelled to love, a love within, to love for.

A note for my own seeing. Sorry it is abstract and hard to follow.

Attention moves into energy, in and out, connecting to anything via curiosity, or the attachment to self. via the attachment to self, memory is given to the attention, and it is here that it is easy to lose the formlessness of such attention where by, attention becoming the same as presented memory arising out of the self, thus attention is facsimileing, or, identifies, giving the false perception that there is an individual thinking, instead of the Self presenting. Attention assuming shape and form is the I. Attention is the face of formless awareness, it is not a thought.

It took the best part of a year to explore the relation between being and form, for I'd up until then had a fine seeing relating to being, a seeing from what I first was as formless awareness. I came to know that this fine seeing, has a natural attachment to form, and that the outer form was still an awareness.

Seeing the outer form as awareness, I could see a distinction, that form was an embodied awareness, or memory and that, this kind of awareness is psychic by nature, and compulsion in its function. I saw that awareness in it's finer seeing, was formless, especially when relating to true nature, but this was not the case for the self, for when awareness relates to form in any way, it becomes the same as, identified, thus losing it's formlessness, because this identification to form is identity, and via the psychic energy, compulsion becomes the relating factor, this becomes a separation from true nature. This becoming the same as leads to the building of an ongoing identity.

Become still. Allow the outer bodies of expression to become that of stillness. It is there, innately within your being, the true stillness that speaks the first language of that, before you were born, for it is not achieved. If the outer become stilled by achievement, that is practice, that is doing something with the self, that is the stilling of self, by self. Do not be confused. Stillness is inherently within you, witnessing from that very natural nature of what you first are. There is stillness in everything, for that is the prime mover, manifesting all movement. All sound comes from silence, all movement comes from stillness, all form comes from formless. that is what you first are.

Sometimes, outer doesn't reflect inner

My being listens, body leans to the silence within my secret heart that is beneath the emotional programming and ego states, states that abstract from the contractions, wanting to pull from the formless reservoir of unknowable reality, an image that becomes the distortion and identity that wants, coming away then from what is.

There is remaining true to knowing so that the outer, pulling without distortion to the cost of the outer identity structure and as such, feel the such-ness of suffering becoming what it first is, sorrow, for that is the the true face of suffering coming to know its compromised position regards truth.

I go from wanting to a dying, to being born again, coming to know truth where I had once cut off. Truth reveals the nameless, and faceless name you have that has eternal promise, never having been born.

From your heart but not of it, instead administerd by it bringing fourth grace, and a direct seeing that the mind can reflect with nothing coming through, only a knowing of pure reality, seeking form that can be with that as one, so that the inner and outer is the being of this world reflecting the never not here so that presence stills everything around you becoming more than thought so that the first language is finally spoken, that of silence.

The mystery is deep? Beyond thought?

Awareness, that is the key to the mystery. As consciousness, there is the expanse of all you see, but more than that, where you see from, to then seeing into the relative field of things, and dimensions, but seeing from an infinite being with no symmetry but that of perfection. The greatest gift, is remaining formless in form, thus, relating to that that is unmanifest, and yet, from it, comes the pure movement, and sower of meaning to all things manifest. This mystery becomes manifest before thought, so that thought may project a true meaning as expression, and not desire. It is as awareness assuming the shape of form that the separation from true meaning appears as a distortion, thus the world becomes your mystery to that, that seeks to understand, a desire that habituates to more and never enough. But that, that you are off, is whole calling all form to wholeness, by a resonance that undoes by love, any distortion, for there is no thought upon thought, there is just the one, that all comes from, and as awareness, can relate too, and see from. This is the peace that falls bellow any understanding you have of truth. Awareness is the key, but not the door.

Is the world an illusion?

Separation from reality is an illusion. Reality has it's expression. Truth was once one in oneness, and then, creation manifested from the one, so that truth could see itself, and express itself. You are born of that creation, and within that creation, is reality. Free will is part of the creation, so that as what you are born of, can move as light, coming from the depths. Free will is a formless expression that can go anywhere, but also bound by flesh. It is the flesh that love comes to love, unto love, for that love, and in the complete remembrance of that love, the flesh can embody. love is not an illusion, only your perception can deceive, and deceive only ones perception, the error is never of truth, or love. The child that comes from the creation can distort before it comes of age and with the true inheritance can then reflect in true maturity the grace and splendor of love, embodying at the cost of all one knows, a surrender that becomes the laying down of ones life, a falling into the hands that you have come from. Eternal life is the true movement that is then, administered by you as a choice less awareness reflecting that, that is not of this world. From creation you come to know the creation, you see your own creation before you see the true creation, but at the loving cost. Within the true creation you find the true word that is your nameless name that falls bellow all mystery, and understanding. It is then that in truth, you come to know reality, and also illusion. Illusion was always the loss, and not knowing of love, a dream of exile. The World is no illusion, not in it's transient expression of the highest truth, be it that of love.

How do I go home?

No thought can become conscious, for form is the unconscious that seeks wholeness in expression, but in it's separation becomes lost in thought, thought cannot go home. The movement is as consciousness that sees form, and form is that, that when being in, imitates the higher awareness of what one first is. One is in form, seeing from the infinite nature of absolute, experienced in the measured containment of form. Form focusing the absolute upon earth. No thought can fall through form, or self, only you as the empty awareness in its Christlike principle, for it is this principle that knows and imitates the father, one becomes nothing, so as to administer for all things, bringing into creation the true meaning, the true meaning of love, for that is what you are of, that is your true inheritance. love seeks love, for love, unto love. It is the relative expression in separation that seeks a wholeness in form that fragments and splits, idealising its image, but with it comes judgement, and it is that judgement that breaks when love comes to love, for unto love is the true meaning, and purpose. This trinity of one, the divine revelation, is your awakening, and home.

Before thought, there is the emptiness out of which the thought is given, for it is the mystery of no-thing that gives rise to everything. This emptiness is called awareness, an awareness that is no longer identified with form, allowing then for the administering of a deeper reality, a reality that is bellow even emptiness. The true movement of being can then be made manifest.

Sharing what you think and feel isn't honesty, that is instead seen as your understanding, an awareness that relates from a discernment of self, not from what you are of. Seeing from the core essential nature is honesty, an uncompromising seeing that, comes into the nature of what you have been, but from what you are of. This seeing is the core honesty. When the acquired discernment is seen relating from the acquired conscience, then the seeing becomes the real conscience, a conscience that holds no judgement, allowing the outer acquired judgement to come into the likeness of that inner honesty, and in that outer rememberence of that true inner call, the outer will break for the way of the new presence of seeing. The outer can only extend, and reflect truth. The self will not understand, for one cannot acquire truth, one can only be it in, be in the eternal moment, of intimate truth. You are not your thoughts and feeling, your more than that, and when you know that, thought and feeling will reflect that honesty.

You say it’s the first embodiment of truth, why is that?

Before the embodiment of truth, there was no realisation of truth in the self; instead, you had a vague knowing that there was something deeper to all you knew, but you could not relate from that depth. To do so would have meant that as awareness, you related from that, that you are of, but you didn’t. You continued to use self, relating to self and not truth, the world was your master but there was a deeper call, a deeper resonance, but no realisation, no revelation. When awareness has let go of the perceived reality, in not investing in the story, it falls apart, awareness standing then naked, empty, that formless awareness then has the revelation that awareness first emanates from something deeper than self, it has fallen through self, something that thought cannot do. Then there is a merging of the empty awareness into the formless origin, into something that has not yet manifested, and yet, is everything. This is the essential nature. Awareness realises this hidden nature, and via it’s awareness of it, embodies it via it’s attachments, that are no longer identified with, allowing the outer parts of self to reflect that understanding. This first embodiment is home, coming home. You know who you are. You can see that, and see from it. This is being in truth, and the truth in you.

living for that state of being that is the true movement. The outer levels of expression can reflect that. Letting the outer levels reflect that is
then, living for that inner truth, and true movement. When, as awareness, there is then a merging with that movement of being, from that true perspective, there is then a seeing, and it is this seeing that displaces fear, where as before, awareness has been caught in the outer, identifying with the world as a primary reality(illusion). But by seeing it, awareness in it's emptiness like state will administer the true movement, so that the true will is done, displacing fear, and embodying truth, seen as from truth, that what you first are.

The appearance of things

What you see is what you know, the appearance of things. But where you see from is not a thing, and where you see from has greater meaning than things.

We embody that that we are and what is, you see from nothing, but that nothing is the mystery, that cannot be understood, cannot be grasped rather, it can be reflected, and in that seeing, embodied.

Non-duality Dorset am 5th March 2011

Seeing things as they are, seeing from what you first are that is deeper than self, coming into self, the self being the capacity to express consciousness, not the idea, not the me.

The me is as awareness, separate from its true nature, forms instead an idea, an identity, but the me, the identity, is not the self, its not a capacity, rather, it’s a distortion.

Distortion can be corrected only by seeing , not doing, awareness reflecting the formless, seeing then sees that in everything, everything becomes one in the world of appearance, because one sees from bellow the appearance.

One sees from that that has never appeared, that just is, then, there's seeing ones thinking, ones feelings, from the formless, looking into the form of thinking and feeling. Seeing the patterned way of how ones been, one sees the suchness of self.

Identification with the self has been a large distortion, rather than doing something in the self, one is being something in the self, rather than there being a doer there is a being in, you become nothing you become one, and the world is in you and you are in the world. Awareness and its understanding of the formless, in coming to know its true nature, and it is that understanding that becomes the first embodiment of truth.

In form, to live for that that is not form, a knowing that is a deeper resonance than any understanding or feeling, this is bringing meaning into the world, rather than being identified in form acquiring meaning. within the self, there is just reflecting truth in what you do and what you are.

As awareness coming to know what you first are one has to go beyond what you know, go past the world of things, past the familiar. You come to know a stillness, a stillness that sees, thinking doesn’t see, thinking equates, and to equate you need knowledge, and knowledge is history.

The still moment that everything is born of, you see from the greatest depth, the greatest mystery, one that cant be understood but can be reflected, seeing from intimacy, the eternal realm of being, thoughts may arise.

A source that is one, that oneness is in everything, and that intelligence that sees is a deep intelligence that sees, an intimacy, a love, a true meaning that speaks no words, no feeling, they call it the beloved. Awareness is no longer in a state of identification with self, there is no me. Awareness can then move anywhere in the self it can move in ones thinking ones feelings, ones patterned way of being, but its prime reality is a knowing, its prime reality is being, consciousness, seeing.

There is a more conscious way of being, being the embodiment of consciousness, capacity, they become one, that is the art of consciousness, is one. So time becomes a way of being but the prime reality is eternal.
Non - Duality Dorset pm 5.03.11

From stillness one sees, there is no thinking. In ones true nature there is just consciousness conscious of itself.

As awareness, that is the greatest understanding as it reflects what you first are, an understanding that doesn’t think but an understanding that reflects. You begin to see.

There’s nothing to think but thinking will arise, thoughts will arise, because thoughts are the embodiment, form, but what you first are is not form.

Awareness reflecting what you first are in form rather than identifying with form, awareness no longer caught in an identity.

As embodied awareness we can reflect nothing, there’s no story, there is the suchness of what is happening.

What you see is what you know, the appearance of things, but where you see from is not a thing, and where you see from has greater meaning than things.

We embody that that we are and what is, you see from nothing but that nothing is the mystery that cannot be understood, cannot be grasped rather it can be reflected and in that seeing, embodied.

You are the greatest mystery, as awareness you can embody, you can do but there is no doer, the doer is as awareness separate from what you first are.

As awareness there is getting caught in the self, thinking feeling, doing, where awareness cannot come back to the formless to reflect a seeing it gets caught up in the thinker, doer, ego, so as awareness there is getting stuck in the world of things, in the world of duality.

In that separation awareness identifies with things and forgets it’s no thing, and where things become what identity knows, this ego knows, it becomes afraid of what it doesn’t know, it stays in the world of things, begins seeking, forgetting it’s no thing, but identification gives it the appearance it is something.

You look into the world of things but forgetting to see from no thing, because identification has become a veil, getting stuck, but awareness itself is the first embodiment of truth realized or unrealized.

In its realisation awareness goes home, consciousness becomes conscious of itself, awareness becomes aware of the formless, and awareness is an expression of the formless that is stuck in form.

In realisation there is then awareness in its expression of the formless sees from the unmanifest the formless into the world of things, this is called seeing, this is seeing without thinking.

Tuesday, 19 April 2011

Miracle Café. Covent Garden. London. 24.02.11

When there is no thinking there is a seeing, a seeing as is. When you see from being your seeing from one, and then seeing from the one you see the suchness in everything, the suchness in everything is, as is, seeing things as they are without thinking, they become one. In this process what is missing is the idea, no more egoic consciousness, no more separation, consciousness becomes conscious of itself, so then there just is, as is, I am, and the first embodiment of that is awareness, awareness of what you first are, I am, is the embodiment without thinking.

Seeing from the true meaning you come to know who you are as nothing, yet in that nothing, is the possibility of everything, is the unmanifest, is the holy promise of existence, and one can see from that, your seeing from the unmanifest, your seeing from something that’s before your even born, the face before you were born. Its not a thought or a feeling, its not physicality its not anything yet it’s the promise of everything, the most intimate realm of reality, they call it intimacy, love, because it is one with everything, so awareness is the first embodiment of truth, because it takes our body to be aware, it takes our\ minds, our hearts, so there is this capacity, this human capacity to be aware.

Awareness can be realised or unrealised in truth, so there is a forgetting, we forget our true nature, then as awareness we get court up in the capacities of self, thinking, and the ego is born. Egoic consciousness is an attachment where awareness gets stuck to a shape, to form, to thinking and then as awareness you begin to relate from that way of thinking, you become a thinker, you become a doer.

Being court up in the ego the ego believes that that’s the true will, the true movement, and in that movement it seeks, thinking is like movement, and then in that paradigm of movement, in that relating from thinking and feeling awareness gets stuck, forgets, but it is still the first embodiment of truth, it becomes a distortion that needs correcting.

What you know isn’t what you are, its just an idea, going beyond the idea is going beyond what you know, beyond identification, when awareness goes beyond identification, awareness becomes aware of itself as awareness, begins to see the illusion. Like in the first lesson of the miracles, everything you see is not real, so awareness begins to fall through the abstraction of self, it falls through the idea you have of yourself, the identity, it falls through the name you were given , and suddenly your thinking has been become aware of.

Awareness then falls deeper into the self , it falls deeper into your\feelings, into the body, your feelings are what you know, feelings are not reality, then as awareness becomes aware of consciousness, and there is a seeing from the ultimate reality, an intimate reality, a seeing from being, from the eternal realm, there is no time. Embodiment is time, the projection of consciousness via our vehicles of expression, consciousness coming to see itself in human form, but human form is not what you first are.

Expression reflects being what you first are as consciousness, that is the miracle, it is only in identifying with the self with your thinking that keeps your awareness from realising its true nature. Thoughts arise out of the self, out of the patterning, but it is the identification with that patterning that creates a story, it creates a meaning that exists in the self rather than reflecting what you first are. This is separation.

Being aware of your thinking, of your patterning, emotional and mental, is to be just aware of it, not to identify with it, an awareness then begins to fall through the self, begins to come home, the journey home is through the self, because the self is the embodiment of truth but as awareness we identify because we have free will with the self and we forget the true nature, we stop seeing, we begin thinking. So that is the first embodiment of truth is awareness, and as awareness not identifying with thought and feeling.

Awareness falls through the self, bellow self, awakening to your true nature, then awareness comes to know true nature and in that embodiment there is the understanding of who you are, that is the first celebration of love, that is the embodiment of love , understanding you are nothing you just are. You see from nothing, you see without thought you see without the stain of judgement, when you identify with thought and there is an identity then there is judgement, your seeing not as truth sees, you see as you think, you see as your history, as your will, your discernment, your value, but then awareness falls through all of that it sees that, it falls through that, then it comes to know a deeper reality a deeper reality than self.

Deeper reality of being that just is, a knowing that knows this, this nothing that is everything that you are in and it is in you, this eternal realm of all possibility the promise of who you are is nothing but this presence, and then in the understanding of that there is then loving that, and loving that is remembering that in everything that you do.

Every patterned way of being that is in the self then begins to break like bread in the remembrance of truth because you know who you are, and you begin to see as life sees, it is the mercy of truth, seeing as truth sees, without judgement is mercy, you see as god sees, there is no judgement, and then, there is the rediscovery of self, because self is the embodiment, it’s the vehicle, then as you discover truth there is the rediscovery of self without the I without the me.

The me is the identified awareness, awareness identifies with self and creates an idea of who you think you are, this is the ego, this is an idea, when awareness goes beyond what you know and falls through the self it comes to know true nature, then there is a shift in consciousness, a shift in consciousness where you go from identifying with who you think you are, to suddenly, realisation. Seeing from what one is, and realising there is no one there, your\ just one, so the centre point of reality is everywhere, your just here, graciously being and seeing, from this promise of what we first are, but the idea of who we are is gone, gone, but what remains is the self, the capacity to be conscious, thinking feeling, physical.

Christ said, do this in remembrance of me as he broke bread, because he is saying, in remembrance of truth there is a cost, in knowing who you are there is a cost, it means the old patterns, the old ways of being in this world that don’t reflect truth will come in and as you see them you bless them but as you bless them they brake because in the remembrance of truth they come in and they begin to conform to truth to what you first are, this is the living process, the true living process, because it reflects the one.

There is the understanding of what you are, then there’s the loving who you are, then there is living for what you first are, living for that, which is your knowing which is bellow self, so we live for what we first are, via the self bringing this into the self, this is the giving of intimacy the communion, we commune. So there are three embodiments, understanding who you are, what you first are, living in remembrance of what you are, and living for what you are,

Your knowing is pure dark angelic drop
Stunning blackness drawing in the vivid lain

No sympathy sailing through your oceans
Only splintered wrecks in and out of view

Tides going on not remembering them
There is no mortal stain no handle left, no name.
